A&O Rotterdam City

The room size was surprisingly spacious and exceeded my expectations for an economy room. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a short 10-minute walk to the railway station and a tram stop right across the street. This made it incredibly convenient for both my business meetings and exploring the city. the breakfast provided a good selection of items and was reasonably priced when pre-paid at the reception.

There were a couple of negative aspects during my stay. The noise from the external air-conditioning units near my window made it difficult to open the window for fresh air.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at a hotel in a central location. The room we were allocated on the fifth floor was both quiet and comfortable, providing us with a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Rotterdam Central made it incredibly convenient for our travels. We were also impressed by the good variety and quality of choices available for breakfast. we would recommend this hotel to others looking for a well-located and comfortable option in the city.

Nothing, all was good.

Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. They changed our room to a wet room for our disability. Tram stop across the road was convenient. Breakfast was good and staff were patient. Luggage storage for 12 hours after check-out was a plus. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The corner room with a bay window had a great arrangement of windows. Good location near tram lines and Rotterdam Centraal Station. Room was clean and comfortable.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints at all.
